Evaluation of Communication Methods & Platforms Conduct a comprehensive review of the district’s communications across all internal and external platforms. The audit must include: ● Digital Tools: Analyze usability, accessibility, design consistency, and engagement performance for: ● District and school websites ● ParentSquare communications ● Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) ● Printed Materials: Review up to 10 key print publications (e.g., newsletters, brochures, handbooks, posters, flyers) for tone, clarity, alignment to brand guidelines, etc. ● Video Content: Review 5–10 district-produced videos for clarity, audience relevance, and message consistency. Stakeholder Feedback To understand perceptions of communication effectiveness and access, conduct online surveys in English and Spanish, focus groups and/or interviews with: ● Students ● Employees and Board Members ● Families ● Business and Community Partners Branding & Public Image Review ● Assess Lexington One’s public perception and brand consistency across channels. ● Review adherence to district brand guidelines (logo usage, tone, visual identity) ● Analyze local and regional media coverage (past 12 months) for tone and sentiment ● Conduct a brief environmental scan of social media mentions and publicly available reviews or commentary Benchmark Comparison of Lexington One’s data to national K–12 education communications best practices and similar-size districts.
