Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to conduct Janitorial Services for the following location during the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, work cannot start before or after set time. Columbia Area MHC /Phase II, 2715 Colonial Orive, Columbia 29203: Suite 200A (12,353 sq. ft), Suite 200B (5,070 sq. ft). The South Carolina Office of Mental Health (SCOMH) reserves the right to increase or decrease services as needed to meet the needs of the Department. The contractors and their employees must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding Client Confidentiality issues. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with the minimum acceptable requirements as listed, the successful contractor will also be required to complete the Vendor questionnaire form, which is included in this bid package. This questionnaire may be used by the Procurement Officer to determine the capability and the reliability of the vendor to meet the requirements of this contract. This contract will be invoiced and paid monthly.
