Specifications include, but are not limited to:The University of South Carolina ("USC", “South Carolina”, "University", or “campus”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and responsible vendors to provide a box office ticketing, Donor management, and ticket access control solution, with a proven record of providing ticketing services, to a variety of stakeholders in the University Athletic Department. This may include but are not limited to: Athletics Ticketing, Colonial Life Arena Ticketing, Student Ticketing, Athletics Development, and Athletics Annual Fund (The Gamecock Club). All ticketing operations will be facilitated by a single solution that can support current and future campus-wide ticketing needs. The successful firm (Contractor) shall demonstrate its ability to deliver an integrated box office ticketing and donor relation/fundraising solution which allows for multiple sales platforms including internet, counter, and phone sales and offers CRM (Customer Relationship Management) services that improve customer services and overall satisfaction.
