1. Remove existing gas boiler and vent. 2. Remove existing branch natural gas piping for existing boiler. 3. Remove existing dual temperature pumps. 4. Remove existing air cooled chiller. 5. Remove existing dual temperature pipe, boiler pipe, and chilled water pipe in the boiler room. 6. Remove existing air separator and expansion tank. 7. Remove existing underground chilled water pipe. 8. Install new natural gas boilers and venting. 9. Install new pumps for new boilers. 10. Install new branch natural gas piping for new boilers. 11. Install new air cooled chillers. 12. Install new dual temperature pumps. 13. Install new dual temperature pipe, boiler pipe, and chilled water pipe in the boiler room. 14. Install new air separator and expansion tank. 15. Install new underground chilled water pipe.
