Specifications include, but are not limited to: All District consolidated banking services shall include the District operating account, ZBA payroll account, worker’s compensation account, Food and Nutrition Service (FANS) centralized account, and miscellaneous checking accounts. Should the District elect to award the FANS operations separately, all of the above shall still apply. Operating Account This account will be used for the following purposes: 1. All non-FANS receipts will be deposited into this account. 2. Investments will be made from this account. 3. District Accounts Payable checks are also written against this account. 4. The Zero Balance Payroll account will be funded from this account. 5. All non-FANS ACH & Wires are initiated and received against this account.
