Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of Midlands Technical College (hereinafter MTC or the College) to solicit proposals from college bookstore companies for the management & operation of the Airport Campus, Beltline Campus and Northeast Campus bookstores in accordance with the requirements stated herein. The scope of operation will include, but will not be limited to: procurement and sale of new textbooks, used textbooks, reference and trade books, stationery, student supplies, computer software, and other merchandise items now sold in the College bookstores and additional consumable and nonconsumable items normally sold in a college bookstore. Services shall include but not be limited to providing special book orders and correspondence course materials cap and gown sales graduation announcements used textbook purchase (buyback) copyright clearance and course packs as well as providing other services ordinarily made available in college bookstores.
