The Fort Mill School District is seeking competitive sealed bids for added Awning/Canopy Structure at Fort Mill Elementary School. 1. Contractor to furnish and install all materials and equipment required to extend the front awning/canopy of the Fort Mill Elementary School, this will extend to the entry door beside the playground and attach to existing Awning. 2. Awning/canopy will need to stand independent of the current building. 3. Awning will be a flat canopy approx. 8’3” in width by 84’6” in length w/ 4”x4” columns, 4”x6” drain beams, 3”x6” pan and cap decking and 6” false fascia 4. Coredrill existing sidewalk for footing installation 5. Provide PE Stamped Drawings and installation. 6. Awning will have a Baked Enamel Paint Finish – Match existing color SW 6468 – Hunt Club 7. Contractor responsible for removing and discarding all trash and debris from school premises and disposing in approved location off site. 8. Contractor is responsible for restoring all grounds and surrounding areas damaged/rutted up by work crews and/or equipment
