Winthrop University is seeking a qualified aviation training provider to serve as an exclusive or primary partner for delivering flight training and ground instruction to students enrolled in its Aviation Program. The selected provider must meet all regulatory, logistical, and curriculum-based requirements and support students in achieving FAA certifications and academic success. 1. Location & Accessibility- Maintain a training facility within 15 minutes’ driving distance from the Winthrop University campus. Ensure availability of training equipment and facilities conducive to full-time student schedules. 2. Regulatory Compliance- Be a certified FAA Part 141 flight school at the time of contract signing or demonstrate imminent approval status (by Friday, January 16, 2026).
