Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) is seeking bids to perform Armed Security Services from qualified sources using the specifications outlined in this document. The Contractor shall provide one (1) armed guard per shift as required during the required hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding state holidays or closures due to inclement weather). Additional armed guards may be added at the discretion of SC Housing using the prevailing contract rate per hour. Any changes to the hours for which services shall be required will be communicated to the Contractor with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
