Request for Information (RFI)
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, seeks information from parties capable of providing access to Applicant Tracking System software/services. The system should be capable of 1) receiving applications in an OFCCP-compliant fashion and 2) allowing for the onboarding of successful applicants once hired.
The DOE-SRS complex is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles. The approximate number of employees at SRS is ~12,000. Approximately 6,500 of those employees belong to SRNS.
SRNS hires between 750 and 1,500 limited-service and full-service employees annually, all of which apply though a central Applicant Tracking System. Employee categories include interns, apprentices, non-exempt, exempt, management, and executives. The Applicant Tracking System solution should allow for candidates hired off Applicant Tracking System requisitions to be onboarded via the Supplier’s software/service. Onboarding may include but is not limited to personal information, applicable EEO identification forms, benefits enrollment, I9 and e-verification, company policy read-and-sign documents, and others.
A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP.
Suppliers responding to this RFI shall include evidence of the following:
- Supplier Capability statement, including examples of end user experience (applicant, recruiter, hiring manager), AI integrations (job bot helper, automated resume parsing, etc.), and mobile experience
- Past performance relative to subject scope working with Department of Energy, Department of Defense, state, and/or federal government contractors
- Supplier capability statement on the ability to customize forms, requisitions, processes, etc.
- Supplier capability statement on data analytic capabilities that exist within the software/service
- Overview of technical approach to OFCCP compliance, records management, access controls, cybersecurity, and data security
- Overview of experience integrating vendor software/services with other HRMS platforms
E-mail response addressing Items 1 through 6 above shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. est. on 6/26/23 to Barbara McCarty at barbara.mccarty@srs.gov.
