ARESD is an environmental and enforcement laboratory certified to perform this parameter by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and is done so according to the required USEPA methodology.; The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is seeking qualified vendors to provide annual service/maintenance for the Waters High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) system (1), Carbamate System (1), Triple Quad Detector Mass Spectrometer system (1), and Software Maintenance. These systems are used by the Bureau of Environmental Health Services (BEHS) EQC Laboratories-Division of Analytical and Radiological Environmental Services (ARESD) for the analysis of various organic compounds in compliance monitoring drinking and wastewater samples. ARESD is an environmental and enforcement laboratory certified to perform this parameter by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and is done so according to the required USEPA methodology. This service will greatly enhance ARESD’s capacity to improve the quality of life for all South Carolinians by protecting and promoting the health of the public and the environment.
