Specifications include, but are not limited to: All work described below must be completed no later than May 14, 2025. Proposers should describe in detail how they can best fulfill the activities described below and include the anticipated impact of the outreach efforts for the City of Rock Hill. Proposers should be prepared to speak to how they will track and report against three FCC-required metrics and should expect to report against the above-listed metrics at least quarterly: A. the number of outreach events/activities planned; B. the number of individuals reached in order to increase awareness of the ACP; C. the number and type of in-person enrollment events; and D. the number of individuals enrolled as a result of enrollment events.
