Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to provide turnkey installation (including estimated rental for installation needs) and implementation services for the equipment listed in the Specification section for Calhoun School Auditorium, North Pointe Elementary and Concord Gym. This solicitation is for the specific equipment listed for each site. If additional repair work will be needed to complete the turnkey project, the vendor is responsible for this as well. The cost of the repair or the cost of having the repairs contracted out by the vendor must be included in their response. This is a current upgrade of most of the AV equipment in the auditorium.
