Reference survey management The applicant tracking system must interface/integrate with CSI Outfitters SmartFusion ERP system. The system must provide its own technical support to end users when they may need assistance with accessing their username and password login information. The district shall not host this system. Job postings automatically go to other national job boards e.g. Indeed.com, K12jobspot.com, teach.com, etc. One flat cost with various customization tools-not various modules to be purchased separately. Preferred system shall include a bank of various types of interview questions for the employer to select from based on the position needing filled. Include information on a Substitute Coordination and FMLA Management module that interfaces with ASEOP to provide the ability to key leave. EEO reporting ability based on candidates that have applied versus candidates hired. Preferred system will be 100% web-based. Include recommendations for hardware and network requirements to meet minimum and optimum performance recommendations. In addition to the minimum features stated above, the provider must provide, at least, two hours of live training during system implementation and two hours of online training at any time all four hours of training must be provided at no additional cost. Customer support shall be available via e-mail on a 24 hour, 7 days per week, 365 days per year basis. Telephone support must be available during regular working hours Monday through Friday throughout the year except on holidays. Under no circumstances shall the provider use any database of parents, staff, or other groups provided by the Districts as a means for advertising, spam or promotional distribution or other such communications related to the Providers business o any other entity by e-mail, telephone, facsimile (FAX), or any other means of distribution. The provider shall describe the measures used to safeguard the information transferred from the district data storage to the providers data stores. The provider accepts all liability for any losses due to breaches in security for the information stored in the providers data stores. In addition, the provider shall not add any business solicitation, advertising or other communications to any messages to be distributed for the District.
