Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Trade Shows: Vendor shall Set up 10-15 meetings per attended food/beverage industry trade show – initiate contact and provide SCDA officials with a meeting location, time, etc. Provide company prospectus for review prior to meeting. Also, provide SCDA information (website, email, phone numbers, pitch packet) to companies for meetings prior to SCDA talking with the specific company. Payment for trade shows will be paid at the conclusion of each completed trade show. Shows SC Department of Agriculture is scheduled to attend: International Production and Procession Expo Produce Marketing Association Trade Show Private Label Manufacturing Association Additional 1-2 trade shows may be attended (2) Call Program: Vendor shall implement a national call program to provide qualified prospects to the South Carolina Department of Agriculture. There must be a minimum guarantee of ten (10) qualified calls throughout the annual contract. The scheduled conference calls between a company at the South Carolina Department of Agriculture must: include key executive(s) of a company within the food and beverage industry, have a minimum of $10 million in annual sales, have a project planned within the next 24 months, is willing to consider South Carolina as a possible location for expansion/relocation and is willing to speak with a representative of South Carolina Department of Agriculture
