1. INVITATION FOR TASK ORDER CONTRACT The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit Qualifications in order to qualify a bidder's list for future design-bid-build solicitations for Greenville County Schools. The project delivery method for this solicitation is the Task Order Contract. District staff will coordinate for these contractor bids as specified in the solicitation. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this solicitation or to procure any goods or services. The District may choose to shortlist a group of qualification submissions and conducts interviews in order to secure a final selection. Interview requirements will be based on both the number of submissions received if the need meets the interest of the District. 1.1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Provide 2026 Pre-Qualifying Roofing Contractors within the defined geographic area of S.C. Contractors submitting qualifications for providing these services shall, at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess a S.C. General Contracting license with a classification equivalent to the bidding threshold required for future solicitations qualifying under this pre-qualified bidder's list.
