The Horry County Solid Waste Authority, Inc. (Owner) is requesting electronic sealed proposals for the HORRY COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY COMPOST PAD EXPANSION PROJECT.

The project site is the Horry County Solid Waste Authority Landfill Facility located on Highway 90 approximately 5 miles northeast of Conway, South Carolina. The project consists of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete:
• Clearing, excavation and backfill, and stockpiling
• Paving with crushed stone and cast-in-place concrete
• Piping and drainage improvements
• Seeding and mulching
