Pricing must be provided as indicated in the electronic bid software. If there is no charge for a specific item listed, bidders must enter $0.00. Leaving item pricing blank indicates a “No Bid” for the item.
Unit prices shall include all costs for providing all personnel to perform these operations. To determine the adjusted unit prices for payment for all asphalt items on the bid schedule where the quantity is given in tons, monthly adjustments (on the 1st of each month) will be made to the bid unit prices based on the SCDOT Monthly Asphalt Price Index.
