Description

19 -21-foot, center console, boat for use by officers during police missions. We are requesting a Yamaha motor because of our experience and proven quality of these motors. We are looking for a 19-21 foot because this size would be best for our two- man boat team and allow them room for enforcement or medical concerns while performing our duties. To reduce the cost of this purchase, Horry County is requesting vendors provide a deduct amount for the trade in of their current boat and side by side. Pictures of the 2019 Tidewater Center Console Boat & 2022 Yamaha Viking King Ranch edition side by side are in a separate attachment in Bidnet labeled Equipment for Trade In.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposers that would like to view the trade-in, must set up an appointment. The boat and side by side are both housed at South Strand Complex. Point of contact for appointments: Sgt. Karney at Karneye@horrycountysc.gov and Sgt. Bill Mulldoon at MuldoonB@horrycountysc.gov. Appointments will be scheduled for Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time.
