The initial phase of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit submittals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide a Master Plan and conceptual design of Additions to the Carolina Forest Recreation Center Site, including, but not limited to multipurpose field(s), new playground(s), Fire/EMS Station, parking area(s), trails, auxiliary, dual court Gym, walking path connecting the Carolina Forest Recreation Center to Huger Park, concession building(s) with restrooms, picnic shelters, benches, trash receptacles, picnic tables and signage with options to include; lighting of the fields, pickleball courts, splash pad, and a skate park. Utilizing existing assets on grounds where possible.
