Additional Bidding Instructions

SCDOT Holiday Work Restriction will be implemented in this contract unless otherwise directed by the Director of Public Works or a designated representative of Horry County. No work shall be performed between 6:00 PM Thursday and 8:00 AM Monday unless otherwise directed by the Director of Public Works. No work shall be performed before 7:30 AM Monday through Thursday.
The successful Bidder shall complete a minimum of 70% of the contract work.
