GRAND STRAND WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
Sealed bids for the construction of the new:
WAREHOUSE OFFICE MODIFICATIONS
as shown on plans prepared by Mozingo + Wallace Architects, LLC in the Conway Township of Horry County, SC will be received by Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority at its Administrative Center at 166 Jackson Bluff Road, Conway, SC until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 13, 2024. The new WAREHOUSE OFFICE MODIFICATIONS will include a new office space measuring approximately 20’ x 26’ overall and include an open concept work space, a break room, a storage room, and a mezzanine with stair access. This space will be constructed inside the existing warehouse area. The existing office area will be modified to wall off a new office, update ceiling grids, and replace floor coverings. The HVAC in the existing office area will be replaced to accommodate all areas.
The Contract Documents consist of: Advertisement of Bid, Information for Bidders, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Statement of License Certificate, Statement of Experience of the Bidder, Project Superintendence, List of Subcontractors, Special and General Contract Requirements, Bid, Official Bid Form, Bid Bond, Notice of Award, Agreement, Contractor/Subcontractor Certification of Compliance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda.
