Proposals may be submitted digitally through the BidNet system (emails are not acceptable), and/or in hard copy through US Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc., or delivered by hand; if submitting in hard-copy, we strongly recommend using a fast, trackable method of shipment, as we cannot be responsible for late submissions due to carrier delays. Physical submissions must be in a sealed envelope with the submitter’s information and with the envelope clearly marked as a proposal for IT Services and addressed to the attention of Joe Smith or Meg Macauley at GCRA, 301 University Ridge, Suite 2500, Greenville, SC 29601. We recommend submitting digitally and submitting a physical copy for backup.
