SPECIAL NOTES: While we do require separate bids/pricing/paperwork for each of the three houses, contracts will be awarded to the lowest aggregate bidder (“winner-take-all”), and the winning firm must be able to construct all three houses at once.

For each house, you must submit:

bid form,
non‑collusion affidavit (which must be notarized),
list of sub-contractors,
itemized bid (last page of WWU).
