Description

SANDAG is seeking Temporary Staffing Services for its Downtown and Toll Operations Center (TOC) offices. The firms selected for this Project must be well-versed in the staffing industry, have experience partnering with comparable public agencies, have a proven track record assisting clients with the placement of suitable temporary employees for various types of assignments, and be able to work with various levels of staff and management. SANDAG is looking for temporary staffing agencies, not direct placement agencies.
The selected firms will perform a full range of services related to sourcing, placing, and providing support for the agency’s temporary staffing needs. Those services include but are not limited to the following:

Partner with SANDAG to understand temporary employment needs,
Source and provide qualified candidates for one or more positions identified in the scope of work or other positions that may be required by SANDAG during the term of the Agreement, and
Manage the working relationship between the temporary employee and SANDAG.

A detailed description of required services is set forth in the Scope of Work which is an Attachment to the RFP.
