SOL1256785 - Access Control System for West Building

SANDAG is seeking contractor to furnish and install a functional Security Access Control System. The Scope of Work includes door preparation, hardware, installation of Smart Card access control readers, programmable Smart Cards, surveillance camera and CCTV components, software configuration, training, maintenance, and technical support. The installation services will not include work on fire alarms but will incorporate any and all cabling installations needed to provide a functional system. Work will require coordination with other contractors who will carry out other construction and tenant improvements. The contractor will be required to remove all existing security cameras, card readers, and associated hardware within SANDAG’s office space at 401 B Street (Floors 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 20) following the move to SANDAG’s new office location.
