SANDAG is seeking qualified and experienced asset management consultant companies to submit their offers for providing comprehensive asset management services to our organization. The project’s anticipated duration is 3-6 months. This is a singular effort aimed at establishing an asset management program rather than an ongoing commitment. The selected consultant will be responsible for leading this initiative in collaboration with a SANDAG Project Manager. Key responsibilities include conducting kickoff meetings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the agency's existing policies and procedures, and providing support for the integration of an asset module with our third-party ERP consultant.
