A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:30 p.m. on February 2, 2024 at Westerly High School, 23 Ward Ave., Westerly, RI 02891. Attendance is non-mandatory but encouraged as this is the only opportunity for bidders to visit and familiarize themselves with the facility where they will be providing services so they may respond accurately to this RFQ.
