Firms are permitted to submit a bid response for CM services as a combined Pilgrim and Toll Gate project approach or for only Pilgrim or only Toll Gate.
Firms must identify in the bid response which project approach they are pursuing.

Qualified firms are requested to submit sealed envelopes containing one (1) original and four (4) copies
labeled "copies" of your proposal(s) and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a standard USB thumb
drive or attached on BidNet Direct.

Sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled as stated herein and delivered to the John Greene Administration Building at:
