Complete the Electrical Service Upgrade Work as detailed in Tighe and Bond’s Contract Drawings dated July, 2025 including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Site clearing as required to access the existing manhole. 2. Clear and grub various groundcover species and, if necessary, remove trees that are within the footprint of the proposed ductbank. The trees that must be removed must firs be tagged for review by URI’s Lands and Grounds Director. 3. Perform a GPRS survey in addition to contacting Dig-Safe; prior to mobilizing. 4. Excavate, backfill and furnish and install the specified ductbank. 5. Include permits and permit fees as required for the complete performance of the Bid Package work. 6. Include the sawcutting and patching of the existing driveway where the ductbank crosses the driveway. Restore the driveway finish to match existing asphalt. 7. Include maintaining accurate, dimensioned as-built drawings throughout the course of construction. 8. Include temp seeding of all disturbed grass areas. 9. Include the removal and reinstallation of the volleyball court’s wood edging at the completion of the work. 10. Include replenishing the sand within the volleyball court.
