Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Rhode Island’s Department of External Relations and Communications is seeking a social media management tool that can schedule social media posts across multiple social media platforms, report robust but easily digestible analytics, and provide dynamic social listening features to implement a social media strategy for URI’s social media audience. All staff members involved in this project must manage a social media channel or manage a staff member who manages a social media channel at the University of Rhode Island.
