Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement lift package to include reuse of existing structural rails (top and bottom), air plumbing, and hardware, in addition to (2) New #TL-11 fully pneumatic Titan Lifts (or Approved Equals) with the following features: 1. 3 Axis Travel 2. Basket fully extended will reach a total of 9ft, 9in into the work space. 6. Festooning system with 3 Roller Trolley(s) and 60ft of main air supply hose 7. Each trolley takes up 8” of upper rail. 8. Aluminum rail scrapers (manually adjustable) to help prevent overspray buildup on lower rail. 9. 1” x 4” hose containment flex track to run hoses from lift mast out to the basket. 10. Foot control for X-axis 11. 3/8” NPT Auxiliary air supply connection in operator basket - nonregulated 12. Paint pot carrier to hold (2) – 5-gallon paint pots - This option restricts access to one side of the basket. 13. Control valves located on front of basket that operate each axis independently. 14. Basket travels 15 FPM vertically, 40 FPM (variable) the length of the booth and it will extend at 15 FPM into the workspace. 15. Emergency-stop valve. 16. Emergency-down valve. 17. Failsafe lock out device. 13 When lift is fully raised the floor of the basket will be at 11 feet. The total clearance required for the lift will be 16 feet 3 inches.
