Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Shared Energy Manager will provide comprehensive energy management services and support to up to five (5) Partner Communities in Rhode Island comprising three (3) municipalities and three (3) school districts (note: one municipality and its school district are both participating and are being treated as a single entity). This Energy Manager will work collaboratively with each Partner Community on their specific energy management needs, including, but not limited to: energy baseline creation and benchmarking, project planning, financing, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The Shared Energy Manager will be expected to execute all tasks within the overarching framework of tailoring each task and deliverable to be in alignment with the policy goals of each Partner Community. Understanding these policy goals is a joint responsibility of the Shared Energy Manager and the Partner Communities. Use of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Portfolio Manager tool will be a central part of the reporting process
