Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Attorney will perform the following: I. a. Attendance at the monthly meetings of the Agency when required. b. Provide legal advice and counsel to the Agency and the Executive Director and Agency staff, relative to matters pertinent to the execution phase of projects. c. Attend office conferences with Agency members and staff and persons dealing with the Agency. d. Draft resolutions of the Agency when required. e. Draft and review contracts of the Agency as requested. f. Review Agency documentation, records and contracts to ensure compliance with ordinances, statutes and Agency by-laws. g. Review local legislative activities to ensure Agency is advised as to amendments of local statutes and ordinances.
