• Review the NOFO and all other application materials (instructional materials, FAQs, webinars, and the like); review all applicable rules, regulations and guidance from HUD • Review RIHousing’s current and past OLHCHH program proposals • Assist in determining the funding request • Coordinate the collection of all demographic and technical data needed to prepare the grant applications • Draft all elements of the application for both the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control grant and Healthy Homes Supplemental funding: Standard Forms, Assurances, and Certifications; Budget; and Narratives and Other attachments, all with information and guidance from RIHousing staff. • Contact legislators and program partners to develop letters of support and/or commitment; identify and secure matching funds to meet the requirements of the grant; and • Submit the proposal (and all other grant application materials, forms, and attachments) in advance of HUD’s deadline via grants.gov (or other submission method(s) identified by HUD) upon RIHousing’s final approval.
