Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This Agreement and the requirements set forth shall be in accordance with the RI General Laws, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 13 & 25, State Building Code and/or Fire Safety Codes. The Agreement will include four (4) inspections yearly that shall encompass 25% of each system (with the exception described by law for smaller systems) at the locations included on attached list of Sprinkler Systems in town buildings. Over the period of these four inspections, 100% of all systems will be inspected. 2. During these inspections, an inventory list shall be prepared listing all system devices such as flow switches, master box, tampers and related system components contained in each building. This list shall contain pertinent information such as make, model, serial number, and location. Preventive maintenance work, provided by the vendor, will follow those recommended for each system device by its manufacturer and those specified herein, as recommended by manufacturer. 3. Certification of all preventive maintenance work and system inspections shall be provided to the Fire Department at 4 Annawamscutt Dr., Bristol, within 10 days of completion for each quarterly inspection. A comprehensive written report shall be provided to the Fire Department upon completion of each quarterly inspection, including summary, of systems maintenance and noting the condition of all systems at the time of inspection.
