Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIAC is seeking bids to provide one (1) year third party support for our current installation of ten (10) HP 4730 Network Storage Modules (NSM). This storage is used in a 24 X 7 X 365 airport environment. This support must be the same as the previous HP Warranty Support (SAR number listed below) of 24 X 7 X 365 with drive/component/NSM replacement in case of failure. Firm must provide response for both hardware and software/configuration issues within four (4) hours of RIAC notification. The storage system is set up as a Network-Raid 10 (2-way mirror) with two (2) sites with automatic failover/failback. There are four (4) total Managers (2 per-site) with a Failover Manager located at a remote third (witness) site.
