Specifications include, but are not limited to: Initially set up a minimum stocking quantities of emergency medical supplies and medical oxygen at the locations listed below. Initial quantities will be agreed to at time of award by the vendor and the Fire Departments designee; Perform automatic restock of the list below on a bi-weekly basis at least, or more frequently if circumstances permit. The awarded Vendor must ship, deliver and re-stock shelves during their biweekly visits. During these visits the awarded vendor must rotate product and maintain inventory control using barcodes and scanners; Vendor must be able to provide services on an emergency basis as determined by Chief of the Fire Department or designee.
