Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to provide integrated testing capabilities relative COVID-19 diagnostic testing for the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) as described below. Approximately 3,000 COVID-19 tests are performed each day across the state utilizing multiple test types. Additionally, approximately 3,000 COVID-19 testing kits are assembled each day. Samples are taken using (2) large scale Rhode Island National Guard (RING) drive through testing sites, (1) large scale CVS rapid response testing, (4) Congregate Care testing teams, and (2) trailer based Mobile Community Outreach Teams (MCOT). The large-scale testing sites receive patients and manage patient flow by appointment through a provider driven portal. The mobile and trailer-based testing times receive specific tasking from RIDOH. The selected vendor would be required to coordinate with RIDOH on logistics and other COVID19 related activities when necessary and appropriate. Specific Activities / Tasks CVS Rapid Response 1. Vendor to staff all functions throughout the site necessary for peak capacity operations (1,000 samples per site per day). Functions include, but are not limited to: traffic control, administrative data collection from patient and patient notification of result. CVS WORKFLOW. 2. Vendor responsible for maintaining all site logistics: waste removal, biohazardous waste removal, water tank for decontamination, port-a-johns, water for site staff. RING Testing sites 1. Vendor to staff all functions throughout two sites necessary for peak capacity operations (600 samples per site per day). Functions include, but are not limited to: traffic control, administrative data collection and check-in, and specimen sampling.
