Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The testing and reports must be completed no later than December 15th of each calendar year. 2. The testing must be conducted by two licensed inspectors. The Superintendent of the Providence Fire Maintenance Repair Division shall serve as the second licensed inspector. 3. The Superintendent of the Providence Fire Maintenance Repair Division shall be allowed to make repairs as needed during the testing process. 4. All testing will be conducted and completed at the Providence Fire Department Repair Division located at 382 Dexter Street, Providence RI. 5. The testing process shall be in accordance with N.F.P.A. 1914 standard for aerial ladder testing. 6. Must calibrate Tower Ladder 1 and Tower Ladder 2 control box after inspection. 7. Must check all aerial bolts and tighten to specifications 8. Complete under carriage inspection including: springs, frame and steering. 9. Must be able to come to the Repair Shop within 48 hours of receiving a call any time of year for re-inspection of ladder.
