Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIC: 2022-CS-028, FAP: NHP-TMTC(015), The 2022 DMS Replacement Project consists of the replacement of two overhead dynamic message signs (DMS) on I-95 in Warwick, RI at Cowesett Road. The new overhead DMS units will by installed on two steel gantry structures. One DMS will be installed over I-95 northbound and one DMS will be installed over I-95 southbound. The proposed DMS units will have hard-wired connections for both power and communications. The work included in this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal, stockpile and delivery of the existing DMS units and control equipment to RIDOT Maintenance; the design, fabrication and construction of two overhead steel gantry structures; installation of two DMS units on overhead gantries; utility connections; guardrail installation; testing of DMS and equipment; traffic control; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer
