Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Finance Office, until 10:00 am, Tuesday,
September 2nd, 2025 local time, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work
necessary and incidental to: Senior Center Pergola in accordance with the specifications and contract
documents within.
Documents are available at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/rhode-island/middletownri, or at the Town Hall,
Finance office.
Bids shall be delivered and addressed to the Town Finance Director, 350 East Main Rd, Middletown, RI
02842 and shall be labeled MIDD-026-003, by 10:00 am Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. They will be
opened and read aloud at that time in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall. Any Bidder who wishes his
bid to be considered is responsible for making certain that his bid is received in the Finance Office by the
proper time.
