Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administrative Services is seeking information on eProcurementSolutions that would support catalog management of contracted items and "punch-out"to a web-site for a robust shopping cart experience.Currently, the State requires electronic data files (Excel spreadsheets) from contractsuppliers to load contract, catalog and inventory items into the State's Oracle/PeopleSoftEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Core-CT. The system has consolidatedthe State's financial and administrative functions, and the following financial modules arebeing used: General Ledger, Commitment Control, Catalog Management, e-Procurement, Purchasing, Asset Management, Inventory, Accounts Payable, AccountsReceivable, Billing, Customer Contracts and Projects. The current system version is 8.9with a tools version of 8.49.16.
