Vendor to provide welding, fabricating, and millwright services as requested, designated, and/or scheduled by the Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) and to complete in-house and on-site machine shop services. On-site machine shop service locations include: 1. Field’s Point Wastewater Treatment Facility (FPWWTF) located at 2 Ernest Street Providence, RI 02905 2. Bucklin Point Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 102 Campbell Avenue, Rumford, RI 02916 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS A. Vendor shall furnish services on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week basis and list the phone number for requesting such service. B. Emergency Call-out: Vendor shall verbally respond to requests for emergency service to within one (1) hour and be on site to perform repairs within four (4) hours after being contacted. The NBC Representative will notify the vendor if a call constitutes an emergency situation. Vendor shall contact the NBC Representative upon arrival at the job site.
