Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Providence Information Technology Department is seeking proposals from experienced consultant to provide the following services: Upgrade and maintain Drupal version to current and future supported platform. Create theme modifications as needed. Modify, upgrade, or replace Drupal modules as needed. Develop and maintain a mobile theme based on existing website. Create new or maintain existing calender functions. Provide PHP application programming to support new or existing applications. Provide MySQL database programming to support new or existing applications. Provide training to IT staff on website changes, as needed. Provide graphic design services as needed: develop logos, icons, images and banners. Recommend and implement usability enhancements to meet ADA Accessibility compliance. Recommend general usability or navigational enhancements.
