Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit through competitive negotiations, sealed proposals from a qualified firm to establish an exclusive contract to provide services for the development of an “Online Student Orientation” program for the University’s Office of New Student and Parent Programs (ONSPP). All potential Offeror’s should be experienced in providing website design and development, strategy, and execution to multi-dimensional, complex organizations similar to the University. We are interested in building a partnership with the potential offeror, working collaboratively with an internal team in order to leverage internal resources when possible.
