Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Selected Firm shall provide web based monitoring and tracking of news and media reports about the Virginia College Savings Plan (VCSP) and other 529 plans nationally in daily and weekly newspapers, news, finance, family-oriented publications, radio stations, television stations and the Internet (social media outlets) V. OPERATING REQUIREMENTS The Selected Firm shall track content of social media postings regarding the VCSP (to include twitter and facebook) The Selected Firm shall state the maximum number of search terms and phrases available to VCSP. The Selected Firm shall state the distribution options available to VCSP i.e., all and/or selected Virginia and/or national media, the maximum number of media releases (one release to multiple media organizations) that can be distributed at one time and distribution to media in Virginia and/or media nationally by type of media segment, i.e. daily newspapers only or Virginia radio stations only. The Selected Firm shall provide a media contact database to include reporters’ and/or news editors’ telephone and e-mail contact information at newspapers, publications and radio and television stations for use in conjunction with the distribution of media releases. Telephone and e-mail contact information for Web site editors is requested if available
