Specifications include, but are not limited to: Unarmed Security Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and supervision to provide unarmed security services. Contractor shall provide one security supervisor, and one security officer each scheduled workday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Contractor shall provide two security officers from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM each workday. Other than times noted above, Contractor shall provide one security officer to ensure 24 hour per day coverage as indicated below including all Holidays. Security Officers shall protect all Virginia Employment Commission property, visitors, and employees against the following: a. Unauthorized persons from entering building; b. Assault or injury to a person; c. Fire, theft, damage, and destruction of property, equipment, and supplies; d. Unauthorized access to non-public or restricted areas; removal of VEC property from the facility without proper authorization.
