The scope of annual preventive maintenance will be as follows but not limited to: 1. Perform visual inspection: Inspect the UPS solution to ensure that all system components are clean and function within designed specifications. 2. Perform environmental inspection: Verify and document that the system’s environment is within specified operating conditions including but not limited to room temperature, airflow, dust contamination, etc. 3. Perform mechanical/electrical inspection: Inspect all power and control wire termination points as well as all UPS system components. 4. Perform functional verification: a. Check UPS event and alarm logs. b. Verify that input, output, and bypass voltage current values are within designed specifications. c. Check parallel operation performance. 5. Implement updates: a. Verify and implement all required field advisories and field modifications. b. Check all circuit board revisions and update as required. 6. Check battery life. If any batteries need to be replaced, the vendor shall provide NBC with a quote for replacement. NBC reserves the right to consider alternate quotes from other UPS vendors.
