• Procure (10) Windows Server 2022 Standard licenses for use with the (2) Town Hall hypervisors and (1) Police Department hypervisor to be deployed. • Procure 85 Windows Server 2022 Standard User CALs. • Procure new Police Department server hardware and deploy as a hypervisor with Windows Server 2022 Standard and Hyper-V. • Utilizing (2) existing server hardware provided by the Town, deploy both as hypervisors at the Town Hall with Windows Server 2022 Standard and Hyper-V. o Both existing servers, both of which are not currently in production, must be reformatted and reconfigured with RAID 6 for its storage array. • The existing layout of the Town’s servers is as such: o Town Hall (physically located at Town Hall): DHCP currently being provided by the site’s firewall (1) Hyper-V hypervisor • DC/DNS (Primary) • File/Print/Application (1) Bare metal server • DC/DNS (Secondary) o Public Works (physically located at Public Works): Leverages the DC at Town Hall over site-to-site VPN DHCP currently being provided by the site’s firewall (1) Bare metal server • File/Print/Application
